Elements of My Approach
Discovery-based
I meet you where you are in the present moment, and in doing that, information you are carrying but don’t have access to gets a channel to surface naturally. The different dots come to connect over time, resulting in an organic process of gentle self-discovery.
Expanding Inner Capacity
Insights are helpful, but cognitive understanding has its limits. I help you access other key resources such as your emotional and bodily intelligence as well. As all these resources begin to integrate, new possibilities begin unlocking themselves.
Working With (& not against) The Process
Progress in our work can look non-linear, with ups and downs. Sometimes what looks like resistance or a setback may actually be a necessary pause. I help you make sense of these rhythms and not feel limited to either fighting them or feeling overpowered by them.
Honoring Your Inner Voice
Making space for all of you, including the self-doubts, frustrations, and low periods—while staying connected to the quieter inner voice that perseveres and keeps seeking support for your well-being.
Doing Less To Bring More
By slowing down and allowing space, our work together opens pathways for your innate intelligence to do its work—during and between sessions. Healing and integration unfold not through constant effort but in the gaps between action and analysis, free from the usual pressures of fixing or figuring things out.

About Psychotherapy
I have come to learn that human beings are shaped by concealed layers of mind and body. These unseen aspects hold both their greatest potential for wisdom and creativity, as well as the roots of their mental, emotional and even physical struggles sometimes. The style of psychotherapy I practice, uses dialogue, body awareness and emotional exploration, amongst other tools and techniques to uncover deeper causes behind the surface issues. This aim of this kind of therapy isn’t to give advice, fix or attain perfection but to gradually loosen the grip of unwanted or harmful patterns, in tandem to developing a healthier inner Self. This slow sculpting process brings forth a person who is more aligned with their personal truth and sense of agency. Their natural tendency towards growth and improvement is enabled to flourish, often leading to a more authentic, fulfilling and empowered experience of life.
The key role of the therapist is to facilitate such exploration and let change come about in a safe and purposeful way.
