Counselling & Psychotherapy

About Me

I am a companion guide to help you through the struggles of your internal world that may be having a direct or an indirect impact on how you are experiencing life.

I believe at some point, most of us—whether we’ve fared well or struggled—need support to find our way and that’s just human.

I believe in help and in the joy of living with freedom, health, and authenticity.

I believe disconnection is at the heart of much of our suffering, and it is through reconnecting with ourselves that relief, release, and new possibilities can be found.

My Path

After graduating in a design discipline, I held a variety of roles in related fields including an entrepreneurial venture. While I gained valuable experiences from these, it wasn’t until I pivoted to counseling and psychotherapy that I felt I was in the right place. I’ve immersed myself in its vast, ever-evolving wisdom for the past few years.

The work I do is based on the principles of psychotherapy and other healing modalities. My learning has been through credible certification programs and trainings (listed below) as this way of education was more accessible, inclusive and suitable to my circumstances.

What Inspires My Approach

The reminder that, I too, am a work in progress. Anything I offer has its roots in my own lived experience of tending to wounds, seeking clarity, and finding connection. My journey has been shaped by many loving teachers and guides, and I have come to trust in the process, which revealed itself to be transformative, more so in retrospect.

I believe we all play dual roles in life of being a seeker and a provider. We are here to grow, both in giving and receiving.

In my experience, relying on just one modality, or school of thought rarely meets the complexity of what someone truly needs. Hence I keep my approach integrative in nature, to be able to meet you as you need to be met at different times, and let things evolve from there.

I am committed to providing inclusive and affirming mental health support, with awareness that many of us carry experiences of being unseen or marginalized, shaped by diverse realities.
